Property Manager – Residential

• Manage residential property operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance and resident services.

• Maintain common areas, amenities, utilities and infrastructure.

• Coordinate with residents, RWAs, vendors and contractors.

• Manage preventive maintenance, budgets and statutory compliance.

• Resolve resident complaints and service escalations.

• Ensure operational efficiency, safety and resident satisfaction.

• Any Graduate;

• 5–10 years in residential property or facility management.

• Experience managing premium residential complexes or gated communities.

• Strong leadership, vendor management, communication and resident relationship skills.
